Temperature Dependent THz Index for Fused Silica

Fused sillica (SiO2), or fused quartz, is typically used in THz techniques due to its high transparency within THz range. Here, we provide the temperature dependence of refractive index of fused sillica in the range of 80K to 270K, covering the range for low tempertaure measurements with liquid nitrogen.
