Check out this paper that not only shows you how to do Stationary Sample Anisotropic Terahertz Microspectroscopy (SSATM) , but shows beautiful results of the effects of dehydration on the spectra! The increased ordering seen in X-ray corresponds to a narrowing of the spectral peaks in SSATM! https://doi.org/10.1021/acsphotonics.0c01876
